ek7 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the ek7 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "ek7") and any person registered on or wishing to register on this platform ("User", "you"). By using the ek7.cam website or any part of it, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

At the time of registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. If you register with false or incomplete information, ek7 reserves the right to close your account and withhold any deposited funds at any time.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, we may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Completing identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or sharing login information with a third party is prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

The minimum deposit amount on ek7 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All deposit transactions can be completed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Depositing using credit, investments, or someone else's funds is prohibited — use only your own money.

Deposit transactions are generally added to your account automatically after verification. If you experience any technical issues, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ek7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any conversion fees may be charged.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Account verification must be completed before claiming the bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the original bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each eligible user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all promotions and bonus offers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through continued active participation. VIP benefits are subject to change at ek7's discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ek7 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using forged or another person's identity documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in coordinated or artificial betting activity to gain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Harassing, harming, or defrauding other users.
• Using automated bots or software to gain a gaming advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

ek7 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions or activities. Accounts and transactions may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The ek7 website, all its content (logos, graphics, text, software, code, design, audio and video), game software, and all related materials are the intellectual property of ek7 and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing ek7 content.
• Modifying or reverse engineering game software.
• Using ek7's trademarks or brand elements without authorization.
• Using ek7's name or identity for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

ek7 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Losses arising from issues with your device or network.
• Failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

In any circumstance, ek7's total liability will not exceed the amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

ek7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• By order of a legal authority.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, deposited bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses may be forfeited.
